This sporty lady enjoys driving her sports car along board edges to create a chamfer (a diagonal edge).
The car's owner enjoys sports cars and precious gems, and her husband enjoys woodworking tools, so Viola!
The chamfer plane is made of cocobolo rosewood, with headlights of moonstone, wheels & steering wheel of jade, tires of ebony, and sterling silver radio antenna & hood ornament.
The lady is carved applewood & acts as the plane's wedge. Her facial expression is caused by the wood shavings exiting through between her legs... maybe "Oooooooooo!" The front hood and the trunk each open to reveal their little secrets...
The "road" base acts as the resting place when not in use.
